Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inboxtel (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a virtual number, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Inboxtel is an independent service operated in Nigeria. We aggregate and resell virtual phone numbers provided by third-party telecommunication API providers. We are not a mobile network operator, carrier, or licensed telecommunications company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using Inboxtel, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you will not use the Service for any purpose prohibited by these Terms or by applicable law.

3. Your Account

To purchase a number, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide a valid Gmail address and accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@inboxtel.com if you suspect unauthorised access

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are made from your wallet balance. You fund your wallet via Korapay or Flutterwave, both licensed Nigerian payment processors. All prices and wallet balances are held in Nigerian Naira (₦). Top-ups are charged in Naira.

The minimum deposit is ₦1,500.00. Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.

5. What You're Buying

When you purchase a virtual number, you receive:

• The right to use that number to receive SMS messages for 15 minutes from the moment of purchase
• Access to any codes or messages delivered to that number during the active session
• No ownership of the number itself — all numbers remain the property of our upstream providers

After 15 minutes, the number is released and may be reassigned to another user. We do not guarantee that any particular code will arrive, that any platform will accept the number, or that a number will remain available for the full 15 minutes if the upstream provider recalls it.

6. Your Responsibilities — Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Inboxtel:

• For any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• To impersonate any person, business, or entity
• To create accounts on platforms in violation of their terms of service
• To send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk messages
• To harass, threaten, or defraud any person
• For money laundering, terrorist financing, or any financial crime
• To buy, sell, or resell numbers outside the Service
• To circumvent any security measure of any third-party platform

You are solely responsible for everything you do with the numbers you purchase. We do not monitor the content of your messages, but we reserve the right to review account activity if we suspect abuse and to terminate any account immediately without refund if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor account activity for signs of fraud, abuse, and compliance with applicable law. This monitoring may include velocity checks, IP logging, and manual review. We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe:

• The account is being used for prohibited purposes
• The account poses a risk to other users, our providers, or the public
• We are legally required to do so

Where a suspension is due to suspected abuse, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee that:

• Any number will successfully receive an SMS
• Any platform will accept the number for verification
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inboxtel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or ₦15,000.00, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inboxtel and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse. On termination, unused wallet balances are refundable at our discretion and subject to the Refund Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
